Witt introduces a new gas analyser with a zirconia sensor

Where fast, precise results are needed, stationary gas analysers like the new Witt PA with zirconia measuring cell are of utmost importance in the modified air packaging industry.

Compared with models with chemical sensors the latest version of the PA now offers a much shorter reaction time. Thanks to its modern zirconia measuring cell the calculation of residual oxygen content takes only seconds. The testing capacity, and thus the productivity of quality control, is greatly improved.

With regard to accuracy level, whilst chemical sensors operate only down to 0.1 per cent range, the New PA analyser with zirconia sensor can read gas concentrations of down to 0.01 per cent. Thus, for the first time measurements in the ppm range (parts per million) are possible.
