Mono B-Range with square inlet

AxFlow introduces the Monobloc B-Range with enlarged, square inlet in addition to the wide range of progressing cavity pumps, grinders, screens and packaged solutions of Mono Pumps Ltd.



The B-Range with square suction hopper and integral conveyor on the coupling rod offers a low cost alternative for the heavy duty W-range (Widethroat). The pumps are specifically designed for slurries and sludges up to 15% solids and an average viscosity. Typical application is the waste water industry, where a hopper under a centrifuge or belt press can be connected with the pump easily.

The pumps can be delivered in cast iron or stainless steel; standard execution includes a single mechanical seal of Sic/Sic/Viton. Alternatively, packed gland and flushing connections are available. Capacities up to almost 100m³/hour can be achieved with, depending on the chosen geometry, pressures up to 12 Bar (standard B-range up to 24 Bar).

Because the pumps are an expansion of the standard B-range, you have the choice of a broad range of stator and rotor-materials. An additional benefit is the compact construction, because the drive is mounted directly to the pomp body (“Monobloc”), with a plug-in shaft. This offers you a space saving and easy maintainable solution.
