Hydrostatic level measurement for dairy
Hydrostatic level measurement for dairy tanksWhat is measured and for what reason:
The level in dairy tanks is measured for internal balancing and production planning. Why is it special:
Tanks in dairy production are cold during production (around 4°C), which causes a big amount of condensate. The sensor needs to withstand this condensate. During CIP and sterilization, the system is heated up to 140°C. The sensor needs to withstand this temperature and must be ready to measure again very quickly. How can this be solved best:
A hydrostatic level transmitter, the hermetically sealed Endres + Hauser Deltapilot Contite measuring cell is especially designed for these applications. Flush mounted process connection ensure the hygienic security of the productions system. For more information: Endress+Hauser GmbH
